What are your store hours?
We're available 7am-6pm Monday thru Friday, and 7am-4pm Saturday. There is also an automated phone system active 24 hours a day. Leave your name and number and a brief description of how we can help you, and we'll return your call.
 
Some sites do not take phone calls. They say it enables them to keep their prices low. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer. What is your Phone Policy?

This is one of the major differences between us and some of the other parts sites. We do not make you choose between customer service and price. We realize that sometimes you need answers right away. Feel free to call us anytime (at the numbers listed below), and we'll be happy to talk with you. Whether you e-mail us or phone us, you will always pay the same low price and receive the same great service.
 
What is a "VIN#" and where do I find it?
VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle, visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation.
 
Why do you need my Vin#?
The Vin# is necessary in identifying the correct parts for a particular vehicle. With the Vin#, we can identify each and every Production Option for all vehicles produced beginning with the 1990 model year.

Do you sell genuine OEM parts?
All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original. These are the same parts you would purchase from the dealer.

 
Do you have my part in stock?
In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders within 24 hours. In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to find one for you as quickly as possible.

What about Special Orders?
All special order parts from Japan will have to be paid in full before ordering. Special order parts that are ordered from Japan generally take 60-90 days. If special order is canceled within that time frame for any reason, buyer will assume to incur a 25% restocking fee. Once buyer receives special order part, the sale will be final and will not be allowed to be returned. Most items offered on the website are in stock, but we advise all buyers to contact us to check availability on items to avoid any discrepancies with orders. Any part that is not in stock has a GENERAL turn around time of being received by Pinnacle Nissan Parts direct from the manufacturer within 7-10 business days.
 

Can I add to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can add to an order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
 
Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel any order or part of any order up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
 
How long before my order ships?
In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
 
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, we ship anywhere.
 
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What is your shipping policy?
All orders must be submitted before 2 P.M, Pacific Standard Time, in order for the product to be shipped on the same day. Any order submitted after 2 P.M PST will be shipped the following business day. Not all products are always in stock so it is advisable to contact a Pinnacle Nissan Parts staff to check availability on items. All packages that are shipped to buyer should be inspected before signing any paperwork. All packages are shipped via either U.P.S, U.S.P.S, FED-EX or DHL dependent on the nature of the buyers’ order. Orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the credit card that is being used for the transaction. If buyer requires order to be shipped to an alternate address; prior engagements must be set before buyer places order and certain procedures will be taken. All American Express cardholder’s orders will only be shipped to the billing address, NO EXCEPTIONS. All orders with body part purchases are advised to inspect the product for any damages before signing for the product. Orders that are submitted with multiple items will be filled with all the items that are in stock and the remaining items that are not in stock will be placed in a backorder status. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
 
What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred method of shipping is Fed Ex Ground. They give excellent service, are extremely reliable and very reasonable priced.
 
What if I need my part faster?
Virtually any method of shipment is available upon request. Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship parts via Next Day Air up until 3PM CST.
 
What is your return policy?
We understand that sometimes, for whatever reason, the part you needed yesterday, is no longer needed today. So for that reason,
returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase dependent on the nature of the product, the condition of the product MUST be in brand new, re-sellable condition with no markings on the product itself and in its original package, unopened. If product is returned without set policy, the product will be shipped back to the buyer and the shipping costs will be charged to buyer. All OEM electrical parts are not returnable, NO EXCEPTIONS. All special order parts; aftermarket or OEM, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The cost of shipping will only be refunded at the discretion of Pinnacle Nissan Parts.  Pinnacle Nissan Parts is not responsible for any duty fees or taxes on international shipping returns when product is sent back to buyer due to failure of following Pinnacle Nissan Part's policies. Damaged products must be inspected and reported immediately with proof; I.E, digital picture sent via e-mail. Pinnacle Nissan Parts must receive proof of damaged product in a timely manner (5 Days) to proceed with proper action. All refunds are posted as soon as product arrives back to Pinnacle Nissan Parts. Refund transactions take 7-10 business days to post to buyers financial account, it does not post immediately. All returns must be authorized by a Pinnacle Nissan Part staff, a "RA" number will be issued for the return and the "RA" number must be marked on the outside of the package (not on product) to be accepted. Any product that is returned without a "RA" number will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. 

Are your parts covered under warranty?
WARRANTY AND CONDITIONS OF USE: All OEM NISSAN products have a 12,000 mile/ 12 month warranty. Most aftermarket parts are subjected to a limited manufacturers warranty if offered by the manufacturer. Most aftermarket products are for "OFF- ROAD" use only. SOME products offered are D.O.T compliant and approved by the California Air Resource Board (C.A.R.B). Please check with your local Department of Motor Vehicles for emissions and safety laws in your state. Pinnacle Nissan Parts is not liable for any misuse of products that may affect the buyer’s vehicle or any conflicts with buyer's local authorities. We advise that all parts to be installed by a trained professional technician.
